DPhysics is run online only, with no public premises and no walk-in address. Everything is handled over WhatsApp, phone and email.

WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us and is usually answered the same day. Email is answered within two working days.
For anything about a payment — a card charge you do not recognise, a bank transfer awaiting approval, or a refund — write from the email address on your account and include the date and amount. That lets us find the payment without asking you for it twice.
